The thirteenth grade in one day.

A condensed, single-day version of WYMIS for young adults ages 16 to 26: six 75-minute module sessions from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

One immersive day, seven modules.

The One-Day Intensive condenses the core of WYMIS into a single day for groups that want a shorter-format introduction to the curriculum.

The day covers Soft Skills, Networking Principles, Financial Literacy, Business Administration, Etiquette, and a closing session that pairs Branding and Marketing with AI and Technology.

Module order can shift based on facilitator availability. The 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM window and total instruction time stay fixed.

For host sites

What a host facility needs.

Schools, libraries, community centers, churches, and workforce offices can host a One-Day Intensive. Here is everything the day requires.

Host an intensive
  • One main room that seats 20 to 30 participants, classroom or round-table style
  • A screen or wall space with a projector or TV for slides (WYMIS can bring a portable projector)
  • Reliable Wi-Fi
  • Tables and chairs that can be arranged for small-group breakouts
  • Restrooms and a space for the lunch break (on site preferred, not required)
  • Access from about 7:30 AM for setup to 6:30 PM for breakdown
  • Street or lot parking for participants and facilitators
